Introduction
Here I present for your browsing pleasure, a curated selection of some of the best christmas dresses available on amazon for the 2021 festive season.
Whether it’s their first post-pandemic Christmas party, or they’re desperate to wear a festive frock, or you just think they’d look cute dressed a Christmas pudding – you’ll want your toddler to frolic in the finest frocks.
Obviously the primary concerns will be the fit, the style and the price but some other things to think about are the material it’s made from, and the country of origin as these will all affect the garment’s comfort and it’s eco credentials. If like me, you’re interested in getting value for money, they you might also want to consider a “winter” themed dress that can be worn year round.
Winter Themed Dresses for Toddlers (can be worn year round!)
These dresses are along a winter themed design if you’d prefer a more tasteful/less red and green themed look for your tasteful toddler. I have ordered a number of vikita toddler dresses for our daughter and, for the roughly £12.99 price point, I would say they are well designed, comfortable and withstand several usual machine wash cycles after standard toddler soiling. Well worth it!

The following dress in particular is a favourite of mine, as my daughter absolutely adores it. We bought it for her last Christmas when she was 2.5 and it’s been her “frozen” dress ever since. It’s been worn and washed dozens of times and is still going strong – it will doubtless have some further outing this Christmas season.

If the sizes on these Vikita dresses are too large for your toddler, you might want to consider DXTON Toddler Girls Princess Rainbow Tulle Tutu Long Sleeves Winter Party Casual Dresses Schnee4586 3T instead. I’ve not bought from this seller, but they get good 4.5 ratings with hundreds of reviews, and the selection appears to be pretty similar only going down to smaller sizes in some styles. If you do try this seller, please consider sharing your experiences in the comments!
Green and Red: Christmas Tree Dress

Although this dress starts at 3 years, several reviews mention that they should have bought a bigger size, so I’d try the 3 year old size for a 2 year old, and hopefully it will fit and keep for more than one season.
The top half is made of cotton, making it more comfortable for your child. It’s eligible for free delivery with amazon prime and it’s got thousands of reviews giving it a 4.6 rating, all for just £8.95!
If that wasn’t enough, it’s also available in multiple styles so there’s sure to one that takes your fancy. Personally, I’ll be ordering the red and green christmas tree version in a 4 for my 3.5 year old.
Budget Santa Dresses for Toddlers
With sizes from 0-18 months, this is a dress for the smaller end of the toddler spectrum, but with free delivery included, you can’t knock the price at Price not available.

If you’re prepared to go up a little in price to Price not available, they also have a classic Christmas style for sizes 1 – 5 years, which I think you’ll agree, looks super cute!

Warmest Christmas Dress for Toddlers
I would have put this one in the Premium section, but the truth is, at £18.99 with free prime delivery, it’s not exactly a premium price tag.

The quality of this dress comes from the material, it’s a cotton (26%), polyester (59%) and elastane (15%) blend, but it’s thick like a christmas jumper rather than the other dresses here, so should do a good job at keeping your little one warm and cozy.
It’s also available in other styles/colours:
Premium Christmas Dress for Toddlers
This is another dress that our daughter owns and adores. It’s another tasteful one that can be worn all year, but the colour certainly makes it festive. Your little one is sure to turns heads if they turn up in this stylish outfit:
The gold trim must be a new addition this year (making it even more festive!) as that detail is missing from my daughter’s dress. Perhaps it’s time to upgrade!
Of course, it does come with a price to match of around £30+p&p, but it’s a lovely thick dress that’s for more than just Christmas. This dress is made from a blend of cotton and recycled polyester (recycled water bottles if I remember correctly), this no doubt boosts it’s eco credentials and is another reason it’s worth spending a little more on.
Conclusion
Whether you’ll after something cheap and cheerful, super cute, warm and snuggly or a little more high end, I hope I’ve given you some inspiration for how to dress your toddler this christmas, and perhaps even all year round.
